Formerly known as Botox & Co., Bare Alchemy Medical Spa underwent a complete brand transformation to better reflect its bold, inclusive, and modern identity. The client wanted a name that felt raw and authentic—something that spoke to both the science and artistry behind skin care. “Bare” represented their philosophy of embracing skin in its most natural state, while “Alchemy” brought in an edgy, transformative feel that aligned with their approach to aesthetics.
BRAND PRIORITIES
From the beginning, inclusivity was at the core of this rebrand. The logo design features an arch, a subtle but intentional nod to the idea of “everyone under the rainbow” being welcome—regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or body type. The supporting brand elements reinforce this message, from a seven-pointed star symbolizing the magic of skin transformation to a typeface full of unique curves and angles that celebrate diversity in all forms.
Visually, we crafted a color palette that feels both high-end and inviting, with warm, natural tones like terracotta, blush, and sage. The brand’s photography direction embraces real, unfiltered beauty—soft shadows, sun-kissed textures, and a mix of skin tones and textures showcased in an editorial way. Combined with bold yet playful messaging (“Badass skin for all” and “All skin, welcome in”), the final brand exudes confidence, empowerment, and approachability.

The Bare Alchemy website brings the brand’s edgy inclusivity to life with a seamless blend of bold typography, warm, inviting colors, and editorial-style imagery that showcases real skin in all its forms. The site’s clean, modern layout ensures an intuitive user experience while reinforcing the spa’s mission of transformation and empowerment. Playful yet professional messaging—like “Badass skin for all”—welcomes visitors with confidence, while thoughtful design elements, from the arch motif to subtle textural overlays, create a visually rich experience that feels as high-end as it is inclusive.
